Try the other way around and find out the format. Use the same format they way you want it to do.

Hmm, I used to have a Mitsubishi 320 ( 3something series) phone, and I also can't transfer files. I checked with Mitsubishi and they said that mine just really can't transfer files. Maybe yours is incompatible as well...
