Default Help getting past user name screen on windows NT.?
my sister picked up a secondhand pc and when she turns it on she gets a screen come up saying user name, how would she get past this as she does not know the user name.
any help would be greatful please

Your going to need to reinstall windows. Put the cd into the drive and boot from the disk.

Probably need to boot from a cd and install a new operating system
