Default I am running Windows 2003 server on Virtual Pc. I'm getting too many

errors. Pictures. More inside. HELP! I want to run Microsoft Server in my network. But, I am not trying it untill I know it is something I want to run.
I installed it.
I am on the Administrator account. I registered it.I have a domain ROWESERVER.TLD. My Server name is ROWESERVER. I have a domain controller. I have aDNS server. Now, everytime I reboot my system, it gives me an error message "Some drivers did not successfully start. Check EventLog for more information."
I click Manage your server. I see the Domain Controller and DNS server is installed as a role. I click Manage users and computers in Active Directory.
It says Naming information cannot be located because: The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.
Under DNS Server, I click Manage. It has ROWESERVER on the left, and has an red X. On the right, it says Cannot contact the DNS Server. When I installed DNS Server, i click mange DSN Server, and it worked. But, when I rebooted, it doesn't work.
What is wrong?

Default

Do you have a static IP and DNS server? if not you need to have that, also you might need make a NS record in your DNS if your IP has changed.

Also, have you installed virtual tools.
