I have two users in the company who cannot receive email from an outside source such as yahoo mail or gmail, however they can send to an external email. They also recieve internal and can send internal email just fine. Why would they be the only two that cant recieve email from an external source? Everyone else is just fine. if anybody can help me out with this it would greatly be appreciated!
This is Strictly just SMTP there is no pop3 going on. the only problem the users are having is if i log into yahoo mail and try and send them an email they cannot recieve it i get an error message saying the mailbox doesnt exist.
