My mothers computer has windows 2000 and it was telling me that it was shut down umproperly. So I did the scan and it asked for a password and then it hit okay. I couldn't.. I had no mouse arrow. Today I tried it and the scan went all the way through and I got the desk top on the screen but I still don't have the mouse arrow to shut it down the right way. What could be wrong? Is this telling me that the mouse is broke and she needs a new one. I even tried the enter button and noyhing works. What can I do?
