windows 2000 and it is asking me its asking me to log on to windows ,user name,and password, but i dont know them , dos any one know how to sort it out as i cant use it .thanks

try without username and password direct click ok to login
if it cant try on
Username : administrator
password :
password let it blank or administrator
if still cant try login to safe mode and login
if stil cant then really sorry already u nid to contact to the seller that sell you or format reinstall ...

You might be able to just click enter and it will get into the computer but if you don't that means that the person that sold you the computer neverturned off their password and you will not be able to get into the computer unless you know the username and password
