Default installed a new program on my windows 2000 dell computer and now i get a blue
error screen. can't boot to safe how do i undo what i did if i can't get to control panel

Curious to know WHAT program caused that much chaos.

You may end up doing a repair on yoru windows.

Reboot to your Win2K CD, choose repair.

You may find yourself reinstalling some programs, but as a rule, your saved files will be OK.
