Default How can I install Windows 2000 from Ubuntu, I can't boot?

Is there a way to install Windows 2000 cause I have the latest Ubuntu O.S. My laptop is old so I can't boot, it doesn't recognize the USB CD ROM. I have the Win 2000 CD but I think it runs using .exe? An error occurs when I Autoplay it.

The only way you can do this is if you install windows 2000 in a virtual machine using virtualbox.
