still wanna be able to open them with vents/deflectors on them

Lund and ventvisor(same thing, different name) both make sets for supercabs that should be made to allow you to open the rear windows. My dad has a set on his 08 ranger and I have them on my 99 F150, both are made a little wider at the rear to allow the s-cab windows to open fine.
