Default windows 2003 server problem ?

I am network admin with a company and recently my server got infected with a virus
the problem is whenever i open any drive or folder on my system it flashes a error which says :

attention (user) some dangerous viruses detected in your system.Microsoft Windows server 2003 files corrupted this may lead to the destruction of important files in c:/windows. download protection software

click OK to download antispyware(recommended)

this happens only when i left click on any folder ...and does not happens when i open it by using right click or explore it
the specification of my server is:
Microsoft windows server 2003
enterprise edition
service pack 2
intel(r) xeon(r)cpu
E5310@1.60ghz
2.00 gb RAM
