...SERVER 2003 Active Domain. PLEASE HELP How do I connect to my Active domain (Home.local) with my windows xp pro computer? I set a new account in the domain it is a member of Home.local/Users. Going on to the xp pc and into the system menu under computer name tab, change it from the workgroup (WORKGROUP) to domain (HOME) a box comes up asking for the user account. I put in the username and password. nothing happens for a bit then a box comes up with: The following error occoured attempting to join the domain "HOME": Access is denied.
