i installed windows 2000 on my new hard drive after i partioned and formatted it. it says it loads the os but on the screen that says starting up (the one with the windows logo) nothing happens but the computers not frozen. the loading bar dosen't fill up with blue like it;s supposed to. i've left it sitting there for hours but nothing happens.
help me please.


also don't tell me to upgrade or send me a virus protector.
i can't even get to the screen i'm talking about when i try to boot in safe mode
