Default Problem with my PC (Windows 2000)?

I got windows 2000 professional (it's faster than XP because i install it every day so it can keep the speed).

Here is the problem. After i install it and open it, after 3-5 mins it gives me isass.exe error.

Here's the message:

Isass.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart program. An error log is being created.

I tried AVG and Avast! but they can't help me.

I think Isass.exe is a program that keeps windows moving because in 1 min after the message appears, my pc freezes :|.

PLS HELP ME!

What i would do is back up your computer programs and files and do a windows 2000 pro clean install a fresh copy of windows format your hard drive somethings you can fix somtimes not. One time i was a newbe at computers not i build them and fix them. When i had a problem on my computer i have windows xp pro. isass.exe sounds like a virus i never heard of it do you have the latest updates on your virus protection software cause it sounds like a virus. I don't understand though that you install windows 2000 pro everyday so you reinstall windows 2000 pro everyday you shoulden't need to do that and just because you reinstall it that doesent mean you wipe out all the old files you need to format your hard drive and install a fresh new copy of windows 2000 pro that will wipe everything off your hard drive including viruses i had a virus problem before and i coulden't get rid of it i even reinstalled windows xp pro and it was still on there so i formated my computer and did put a fresh copy of windows xp pro and it was fine no virues everything was wiped out i installed my programs and other software and so far my computer runs great. I built my computer on my own i just learn read books on it watched videos on it now iam pretty good at computer not the best but i know how to build them and there cheaper to build them yourself.

My system

PCCHIPS P23G V3.0
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.20Ghz
Kingston 1GB DDR2 533MHZ
250GB Seagate Hard Drive SATA
LG DVD/CD Multi Burner
Ultra 400 Watt Power Supply
Ultra CPU Fan
2 Led Case fans
1 Hard Drive Fan
Black Logisys Case-51 UFO Computer Case

All this cost around about $400 cheaper buying you computer parts online i would recommend tigerdirect.com / directron.com / newegg.com you can make a cheap high quality desktop computer and a Core 2 Duo is a new processer makeing your own computer is cheaper than brand name computer even better than buying at a computer store around you even better than buying from best buy. My Core 2 Duo i priced them at a computer store right near me down the road went over there priced it they wanted $155 and online they wanted $119 same processor Core 2 Duo E4500 2.20ghz so maybe if you get into building your own computer it's a great hobbie and fun to do take care. Hope if you format your hard drive and put a fresh copy of windows 2000 pro it should help but remember back up your files and programs on a CD or DVD. Hope it helps.

Isass.exe could be a virus. Be warned!

Anyway, do the install process WITHOUT Internet connection (unplug the Ethernet cable). There is a big chance of a viral infection at the moment your network card opens the network connection. After the installation, and before plugging the network cable, install your anti virus.
