Contact Microsoft Technical Support. I accidentally partitioned my Recovery Drive and lost all the recovery data needed to set my laptop back to the factory settings. If you have a current warranty with Microsoft, then they should send you a copy of a recovery disk. They'll ask you for your product information, SN (serial number), and PN(product number).
