Default Windows 95 display reset?

I managed to change the font size for the menu on my brother's computer to 124. Needless to say, the menus are so large that I can't change it back. Is there a software out there that resets a computer's display settings?

Please don't suggest safe mode, because I've tried that already.
My problem is that I can't get to the Control Panel.
All I see on the screen is File, Edit, and View in huge font. No amount of scrolling down, pressing TAB, or pressing the down arrow seems to get me anywhere else.

Press F8 while booting and go into Safe Mode, then the font will be normal for Safe Mode...

EDIT: ooops, did not see that you tried Safe Mode already, OK, let me try to remember...

EDIT: OK, I assume the Control Panel box is now too big, right?? Have you already tried to change the font size in Windows 95 messages this way:

1) In Control Panel, choose Display.
2) On the Appearance tab, select Message Box.
3) In the Font, Size, and Color lists, select smaller text.
4) Choose OK.
....
