I managed to change the font size for the menu on my brother's computer to 124. Needless to say, the menus are so large that I can't change it back. Is there a software out there that resets a computer's display settings?
Please don't suggest safe mode, because I've tried that already. My problem is that I can't get to the Control Panel. All I see on the screen is File, Edit, and View in huge font. No amount of scrolling down, pressing TAB, or pressing the down arrow seems to get me anywhere else. |

Press F8 while booting and go into Safe Mode, then the font will be normal for Safe Mode...
EDIT: ooops, did not see that you tried Safe Mode already, OK, let me try to remember... EDIT: OK, I assume the Control Panel box is now too big, right?? Have you already tried to change the font size in Windows 95 messages this way: 1) In Control Panel, choose Display. 2) On the Appearance tab, select Message Box. 3) In the Font, Size, and Color lists, select smaller text. 4) Choose OK. .... |
