when i am shutting down or restart my system it hangs on "windows shutting...
...down".please help me in this proble i have a p4 dual core 1.6ghz system and windows xp sp2 is installed on it but when i am shutting down or restart my system it hangs on "windows shutting down".please help me in this problem
