I am running windows xp home edition. When i go to properties and then hit Desktop - Browse - Then Choose an Image then press ok. IT STILL DOESNT CHANGE THE DISPLAY PICTURE..... I really need help i am tired of this old background of mine lolol

hit 'apply' after you selected your picture

Are u the administrator of the PC? if not then change your account to that- or after u change the pic hit reboot / restart? hope that helps! any pic that u want should be in my pics in your documents then go to control panel from the start button and click on appearance themes then browse and choose from your pics then click apply etc hope that helps!
