I got sick a couple of weeks ago (w/ fever) so stopped taking my temps for a few days...Here's what happened:
Low temps until Jan 8 (ave: 96.8)...then stopped taking temp. 11th egg-white cm 12th - temp 97.2 (this is a little high for me, my line is at 97.1) 13th - 97.4 14th - 97.1 (EWCM again, and high cervix) 15th - 97.1 16th - 98.6 (one huge cramp that evening...unusual) since then, high temps, ave: 97.9 I know this is not an easy question to answer, but for those of you who have been doing this a long time, does it look like I ovulated on the days I wasn't taking my temp or on the 15th? Just opinions, I know this isn't black and white....thx! |

I think that your egg was "spit" out into your overies/fallopian tubes- sorry, on day 16. That would explain your cramp. as far as temps, I know that right b-4 ovulation your temp dips, then goes up and stays up after ovulation. So If you ask me day 15 is your day, but when in doubt, try this; take 18 away from your shortest cycle and 11 away from your longest, this is just an approximate, but, then you can put together your bbt's and just maybe figure out a better answer on your own. Hope this helped...Baby Powder!! :0)

Boy or boy. Go back and re-read the instructions for basal temperature and ovulation. That's all I can say. I think it will also tell you when a home pregnancy test will work.
