Default Why is there no voice on Yazak with Windows 98?
when there is on yahoo messenger. Also I was told by Yahoo I could not download yahoo messenger on my computer becasue I have windows 98, but I was able too with toggle.com Why is that?

That's odd; I had yahoo messenger back when I had windows 95.
