It wont let me do nothing if i click on an icon it won't open.How do i fix this??

If you have the win 98 disk just reinstall it over the old installation. You won;t loose your important data, but you may have to reinstall some programs.

You should at least upgrade to WIndows XP since Windows 98 is no longer supported by Micro$oft.

Have you rebooted the computer?

Do you have the latest anti virus definitions installed for your anti-virus program?

You might have to scan you system for spyware.
