Professional SP2 please? This virus had killed my windows folder and had replaced my xp explorer.exe with a vista one and this one had screwed up everything on my computer, so can you guys help me with this.
The virus is removed and all but i just need the correct explorer.exe file WINDOWS XP Professional Edition SP2 (Service Pack 2) you can just copy and paste the file and then email it to me or something please I'd be really grateful, I miss my computer. I need to install more programs for school in 3 days |

Honestly it sounds like you need more then just explorer.exe. You can extract explorer.exe from one of the *.CAB files located on your Windows XP CD, but honestly, I would install a parallel copy of Windows XP on your computer and then use that new copy. You will then have access to your old files, but it sounds like that virus has done more damage then what you think. You may want to ask your school's IT department to take a look for you if that is an option.

Wrong question to ask here. That's breaking copyright law (if you own a Win XP cd, then you don't need the explorer file, it's on the cd).
Especially since Microshaft owns Yahoo now. Go ask somewhere else, locally instead. |
