What program will let me play a game meant for windows 95 on vista or XP?

I want to play an older game call Ignition on my computer but it won't work with vista. I know there was a program that emulated windows 95 games on XP, is there one for Vista? If there isn't what is the name of the program for XP I have forgotten it.
