Default Data Exclusion Prevention Error - Windows Explorer, can anyone help me on this?

My laptop keeps on coming up with this error, and then after the "windows recovered from an error" box comes up.

Can anyone help as it is really irritating, I have windows xp.
I also have kaspersky running and i have outlook installed but it doesnt seem that kaspersky/outlook is causing the error.

I am aware you can exclude DEP from selected programs, but should i really disable it against windows explorer?

I am currently doing a full virus scan, will this help?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
