Dud as far as I know you can't delete a OS
with it
i mean you're using it then you want it to be deleted
here is the right way
make sure your data are backed up!!!!!
then insert Windows 98 Cd then restart your computer
press F9 while
the the system inspecting your hard drive / configuration
then when a new "window" appear choose boot from the cd
then follow the instruction accept the eula
and when you reach the partitions
delete the partition that windows me is installed
and then create a new one enter to type the max size
look under the screen to see the keyboard keys to use
when creating/deleting
then after creating a new one press enter
and just wait
and you're good to go!

if you don't understand
make a research
or watch video on
how to clean install Windows 98 in youtube
or in google w/ screen shots tutorial

hope that helped

Do you have a good versions of Windows 98SE. You then can open the bios program at startup and select the CD drive to boot first. Then you can reformat the HD. If you have not done this before take it to a pro.
