familly is splitting apart and I want to do a system restore on two of the familly computers...

this should get rid of everything right? even backup files?... there are just some filles that i dont want anyone else to have - poetry - pictures - music.... and the computer bellongs to the other person...

i heard that even if you delete something its still on the computer somewhere - and that a system restore should get rid of it...

anyway - i dont know how to do it.. . so the question is does anyone out there know how to do a system restore on windows millenium or windows 2000 - im more concerned about the milenium computer.....
