Default i just got a used computer and it has windows 98?
it has bars that r suppost to be green. but there not and when it isnt green the internet dosent work so how do i get it to turn green???? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

not sure which bars are u talking about. Do you mean bars on the modem?
