Winbook XL with Windows 98 Boot up Problems?

When I start the computer it says : suspend to disk partion not found... RUN HDPREPEZ...
Then it says
Loading Boot Record from IDE-0..Not Found
Loading Boot Record from Floppy .. Not Found
Loading Boot Record from CDROM..Not Found
Boot Failure
Insert BOOT diskette in A:
