i was deleting some old files from my computer, being very careful, but somehow now whenever i turn it on it says a device file is missing. It comes up with:
SBS.DRV can not load because VSBS.386 is not availiable. Check your SYSTEM.INI Windows configuration file.

I dont know what this means. When i turn it on nothing loads, just the background, no programs or anything. It works in safe mode but i will find it impossibe to locate the problem.
Please not it is a very old computer and wont take any new software. I made a startup floppy disk and used it but i couldnt get it to work, probably doing it wrong. On the MS-DOS i type setup but nothing works, Please HELP!

BTW this is from my other computer, and i have a floppy disk with windows on it but does nothing. I have both CD and Floppy drives
