My friend needs a webcam but he still has Windows 98. I know there has to be something out there that will work. Anyone have any ideas? Please and thank you.

If you have a regular digital camera that takes still pictures, and has a cable to hook it up to the computer, you can just use that. Just change the settings from "USB" to "PC CAMERA".

If you don't have a digital camera, just buy any regular camera, it just needs to be a cheap one.
