i ran out of space on my comp(win98),and i accidentaly deleted a file,and when i started it up again,it said cannot find system ini,you need to run windows setup,press any key to continue,and then turns off,but i cant get the setup disk,and now i can only go on the internet on my psp,is there anything i can do???and i cant go on my computer at all. PLEASE HELP!!??
