...download IE7.? I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD INTERNET EXPLORER 7,BUT IT WOULD NOT LET ME..A FRIEND SAID I MUST FIRST DOWNLOAD WINDOWS SERVICE PACK 3 BEFORE I CAN DOWNLOAD IE7..BUT NOW I CAN NOT FIND SERVICE PACK 3 DOWNLOAD ANYWHERE..PLEASE HELP ME

I think your friend is wrong-- I downloaded IE7 with sp2
