The #1 cheapest way to get internet for a wireless laptop, is to connect to an unsecure wireless network. However, that solution is also the least reliable. rarely will you have an available hotspot...
The other solution is to pay about $14 a month for dial up internet service, or pay a little more for high speed ($35 and up)
