how do i upgrade my windows ME operating system to windows 2000?

windows is basicly the powder puff division of windows 2000 and is one of the worst operating systems outside of vista.

Windows ME cannot be upgraded to Windows 2000: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/272627

You could save your personal files and do a clean install.

Windows ME is Windows 2000.

they have 2 names for it. but they are both the same
