How do i upgrade to xp from windows 98 from my PC? If so Can i do this...

Haha no you will have to buy XP sorry dude there is no free (legal) upgrade.

you will probably best to buy a copy they are really cheep now as Vista has come out.. remember to save all you Documents to CD before you install XP

The answer to 'free' for any commercial software will always be 'no'.

'Cheap' is possible, though, especially if you're in school or if you build your own computers. If you're in school, you can buy a discounted Student &Teacher-priced license or if you build your own computer you can buy an "OEM" version of the software, usually for half price.

Either way, you should be able to come across an XP upgrade license for under $100.
