Default Windows '95 problem!!!!!!!!!!! Please help!!!!!!!!!?

I have been having problems with my windows '95 desk-top computer (yes, I know it is OLD!). When ever I try to open a program, it says Windows doesn't have enough memory to open the program so I delete TONS OF STUFF! When I try to open another program, it says the same thing. I have tried and tried but let's just say this: I am not a computer expert. By the way, I don't have internet on the computer. Thanks to anyone who helps!
By the way, all my programs on it are windows '95 programs, so it should open up! (i have microsoft word and a lot more.) I also don't have enough $ to get a new one!!!!!!!!!!

why dont you stay upto date and get linux on it? it is much more capable. it is easy to install and requires even less than you current computer specs. try going to puppylinux.com

or www.distrowatch.com

memory refers to RAM not Hard drive space....if it uses SDRAM, then you can upgrade the ram and maybe install windows98

Sorry. Win95 is so old, and new software is so big, it's a wonder you can open anything.

Isn't there any way you could get a new PC? Perhaps a refurbished one?

Dell and HP offer refurbished PCs but they go so quickly you have to check their websites often. My brother, who is persistent, got a really good deal on a refurbished computer. Whatever you do, please buy from a reputable seller. No deal is good if it is not accompanied with support.
