How do I install Windows 95 software on my XP macine?

I want to buy a CD-ROM multimedia package put out in 1995 called "The Haight-Ashbury in the Sixties". There is a disclaimer on the ad that says "WARNING: THIS SOFTWARE MAY REQUIRE SPECIAL INSTALLATION TO PLAY ON WINDOWS XP." Obviously, it was put out in the days of Windows 95. Does anyone know what might be required?
