I have an old computer at home with Windows 98 on it. When I start it up it goes through the startup sequence, gets to the Windows 98 image/logo and then starts it all over again. Any ideas? I have some important documents on it that i need to get at to transfer to my new computer. I know a fair amount about computers/hardware etc. just not a lot about command prompts etc.
