Default I have a serious problem in Windows XP that I can not go out. Need help and it is

particularly urgent!? I reinstalled a PC to correct some problems since the repair option was not possible at the installation menu. Acknowledging that under SP2, Windows XP does not replace the existing accounts in the system before any new installation, and just keep it as folders in Documents and settings, I re-installed Windows, replacing the system files. Unfortunately, though I knew that when an users account that existed before has a password, and the option "make confidential files and folders" is activated, it is not possible accessing to its files from another account, I reinstalled without cancelling the option. Well, my new installation of Win XP worked out, crushing the old version, the accounts that existed are kept in the form of folders inside Documents and settings. But the problem is that the account that existed before with a password, and which I wanted to retrieve the files from, is secured and I have no access to the files inside. And I need them URGENT. So please HELP!!!
