Befor installing this new windows speakes runs absolutely fine and also it opens help and support center in the control paneel which is now not opening . Now there is no icon of volume control also on the task bar beside timer.

All you got to do is to install drivers for the speakers. You might be having a motherboard CD which had come along with your laptop or desktop. All the hardware drivers for VGA, Sound and all other stuff are stored in that CD. Search for the CD and insert in you CD Rom. Now right click on "My Computer-Properties-Hardware-Device Manager-Other Devices-Sound, Video and games would be in a Yellow question mark. Double Click on it and it would ask for the drivers to install. Browse for the CD and select for sound drivers and install it. Well for your information the yellow question mark for the hardware indicates that your windows had not recognised the hardware. Thats all. GoodLuck
