Hi, I've got my Office XP CD and when I tried to type in my CD Key, it's not recognizing it and I can't re install Excell 2002.
The company in Microsoft will charge me $120 for the new key (but that's redicuous.... I could buy a new one with that price.
Anyone has any idea what i can do?

if it is not recognising the key you may have a pirated copy of office? Or your typing in the key and making a mistake, try cut n paste the key in no mistakes then.

I woulr try to uninstall, and then do a Full PC rollback,and clear all cookies, and try again.
