I've just finished formating my hard drive and started on installing windows xp but when its almost done a blue screen error message appears and lots of words on it never bother to read it and i cant even restart my computer on the restart botton i have to turn off the avr to do it.4 time i attempt to install it but same error message appears. HELP THANX!!!

Ur XP CD might be having problem, better use another CD for installing.... even i had the same problem once...changing the cd worked...just check it once.

You definetly have some hardware incomptibility.

Mostly it might be a RAM failure (either track corruption or bank failure might be there or 1 out of 2 might not be working)

1. If you were using the same machine with XP earlier and if you had installed any new hardwares on it, try removing them and install

2. Check your RAM - are they working properly (They might be incompatible too)

3. Check your drive jumpers.
